Craft Concept – Terms of Service

1. General
By accessing our website or purchasing from Craft Concept, you agree to these Terms of Service. Craft Concept reserves the right to update these terms when necessary.

2. Products & Descriptions
We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, colours and prices are accurate. However, slight colour variations may occur due to lighting, photography or screen settings. Product availability may vary between our stores and online.

3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Orders are subject to payment confirmation and stock availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders where necessary, subject to applicable law.

4. Fabric, Trims & Cut-to-Size Items
Fabric, trims, fringing and other materials are sold according to the measurements and quantities selected. Customers are responsible for checking their measurements and selections before confirming an order. Once cut to the requested length, these items cannot be returned for change of mind, subject to applicable consumer law.

5. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund where required.

6. Delivery & Collection
Delivery fees, estimated delivery times and collection arrangements will be communicated during checkout or through our customer service channels. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Eligible goods may be returned within seven days, subject to our Refund & Return Policy. Sale and clearance items are eligible for exchange only for change of mind, subject to availability. Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers have under South African consumer law.

8. Custom Orders
Custom-made furniture, curtains, upholstery and other made-to-order products are produced according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer. Customers should confirm measurements, fabric selections, colours and design details before production begins.

9. Privacy
Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable South African data protection laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Craft Concept will not be held responsible for delays or disruptions beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under South African law.
