Returns & Refund Policy

At Craft Concept, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please take note of the following returns and exchanges policy:

1. Cut Materials & Trimmings

Due to the nature of these products, no returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on any material, fabric, ribbon, lace, trim, elastic, rope, or other product that has been cut, measured, altered or prepared to a customer’s requested size or quantity.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selection and measurements before requesting materials to be cut.

2. Regular-Priced Items

Unused and undamaged regular-priced items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are in their original condition and proof of purchase is provided.

Items that have been used, damaged, altered or are not in their original condition will not qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Sale & Clearance Items

Sale, promotional and clearance items are eligible for exchange only and are not refundable, provided that the item is unused, undamaged and returned within 7 days with proof of purchase.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008. If an item is defective, unsafe, of unacceptable quality, or does not correspond with what was purchased, please contact us so that we can assess the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

5. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
